Free Shipping

 

Free shipping is only available to U.S. addresses within the continental U.S. (the lower 48).  Additional shipping charges will apply to all orders that need to ship internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii.   

Our policy of not charging sales tax only applies to U.S. orders. (IL residents must pay 7% sales tax) International orders may face applicable local and international taxes.

In order to keep our prices low, we can only offer free shipping on the items you keep. Any returns not covered by our 30-night sleep guarantee will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. (This includes all pillows, bedding, toppers, protectors and miscellaneous products.) 

If you choose an upgraded shipping option, for example expedited speed or white-glove, the upgrades are non-refundable. In the event you must return your mattress, we will refund the cost of the mattress less the full cost of the upgraded shipping. 

Please be aware that many orders ship in multiple packages. If the first package that arrives is not complete, please be patient. In most cases the rest of your order will arrive in 1 or 2 days. 

Return And Exchange Policy

Complete Waterbeds:

Due to shipping and delivery cost considerations, Complete Waterbeds are non-returnable.

Pillows, Sheets, Mattress Protectors or other Bedding Products:

Opened bedding items such as pillows, mattress overlays, bed wedges, pillow covers, mattress covers and any other item related to bedding are non-returnable.

Unopened, unused sheets and pillows may be returned within 30 days of delivery. They will, however, incur a 30% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please call to discuss what options we can offer you in the event you are dissatisfied with the comfort of your mattress.

Free or Promotional Items:

If your mattress comes with a free mattress protector, pillows or other promotional items, these must be returned unused, in the original packaging. There will be no additional fees charged for the return of any new, unused promotional item that was included free with purchase. If you decide to keep the items, the retail price of the item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

Sleep Guarantee:

If the mattress you purchase is: covered by our sleep guarantee, comes with free and or promotional bedding items (sheets, pillows, protectors, etc.) and you decide to return the mattress, these items, once used, are not be eligible for refund and the retail price of these products will be deducted from the mattress refund. Likewise, upgraded shipping options including expedited or white-glove delivery are non-refundable,

Custom Products:

Any custom products, including custom sizes or custom order colors are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once ordered. This includes, but is not limited to, mattresses, sheets, blankets, mattress protectors or any other product that we describe as custom at the time of order.

Defective products:

If after opening your box or boxes you discover a defective or damaged product, please call customer service immediately after delivery. We will then make the arrangements to ship a replacement item. 

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders in the Continental US.

Free shipping only applies to orders that you keep. In order to keep our costs down, any returned item is not eligible for free shipping and the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the refunded price.

Refusal of Shipment Policy

Once an order has been confirmed you have 24 hours to cancel. Any cancellations made later than 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation charge. If a product is damaged the customer can refuse shipment and avoid any shipping charges associated with delivery. If a customer refuses shipment on a non-damaged delivery, it is the CUSTOMER'S obligation to pay for shipping both ways. Any shipping charges incurred on an order that has shipped but the customer has refused will be deducted from the refund.

Inspection of Shipment Policy

Most of our orders ship via UPS or FedEx but some ship via freight carrier. In the case of a freight shipment it is important that you are present on the appointed day to receive the shipment. It is also important that you fully inspect the shipment while the driver remains present. Any damage must be noted immediately and the shipment must be refused if there appears to be significant product damaged. Especially in the case of freight, if you accept the shipment, then we have fewer options available to us to help you.

International Shipping

All international orders and Hawaii/Alaska are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges or warranty support on any international orders. We send the highest quality merchandise with attention to detail in every order, but we cannot be 100% sure that every product will work for your application. Take extra care when placing an international order and remember that all international and Hawaii/Alaska orders are final.
